● Discontinued Services: New flight bookings and mileage redemption bookings on the Korean website

Starting from June 1, 2026, please use the official Philippine Airlines global website (www.philippineairlines.com) or the mobile app for flight bookings and related services.

※ Tickets previously purchased through the Korean website will remain valid for travel. 

Inquiries regarding reservation viewing, changes, and refunds for bookings made through the Korean website will continue to be supported via My Page online inquiry service and the customer center until November 30, 2026.

However, for tickets purchased through the global website or mobile app, please contact the Philippine Airlines Global Customer Center directly at +632-8855-8888.
