1. Available Departure Dates for Booking During the Holiday Period

▶ Feb 13 (Fri) 3:00 PM ~ Feb 15 (Sun): Bookings are available only for departures 32 days or more from the booking search date
▶ Feb 16 (Mon) ~ Feb 17 (Tue): Bookings are available only for departures 17 days or more from the booking search date
▶ Feb 18 (Wed): Bookings are available only for departures 5 days or more from the booking search date

Regardless of departure date, reservations made in O/U/T class will be created with fares pending. Final fare confirmation will be processed in batch on Feb 19 (Thu).

2. Ticket Issuance for Bookings Completed During the Holiday Period

Reservations and payments completed between Feb 13 (Fri) 4:00 PM and Feb 18 (Wed) 24:00 will be ticketed on Feb 19 (Thu), and e-Tickets will be issued and sent accordingly.

3. Ticket Changes and Refund Requests

Ticket change and refund requests will be processed starting from business hours on Feb 19 (Thu). Processing will not be available during the holiday period.

4. Airport Ticket Purchase

During the holiday period, tickets may still be purchased on the day of departure at the Philippine Airlines ticket counter at Incheon Airport.

5. Customer Service Hotline

Phone support via 1544-1717 will be available starting from business hours on Feb 19 (Thu). Phone consultation will not be available during the holiday period.
