Guidelines on Website Operation ( air reservation and ticketing service) during the Chuseok Holiday (9/28-10/3)

1. Philippine Airlines Website Notification of available departure date for holiday reservations

► 9/27 (Wed) 4 p.m. to 9/28 (Thu): Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 17th based on the reservation inquiry date

► 9/29 (Fri) to 9/30 (Sat): Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 9th based on the reservation inquiry date

► October 1st (Sun) to October 3rd (Tue): Reservations can be made from the departure date of October 5th

2. Information on ticket issuance that has been booked and paid during the holiday season
For tickets reserved and paid between September 27^th 4 pm to October 3^rd 12 midnight, the e-ticket will be issued from October 4^th (Wednesday)
 

3. Ticket can be purchased on the day of departure at the Philippine Airlines ticket counter at Incheon International Airport even during the holiday season.
 

4. Ticket change and refund applications and 1544-1717 Customer service center will be processed from October 4th (Wednesday) business hours as there is no processing during the long holiday.
