I. Summary of Restriction on Entry to the Philippines  

[Allowance to enter without visa]
 + Passport with more than 6 month of expiry
 + Confirmed ticket departing from Philippines within 30 days

   (Filipino spouses and children, etc. who are applying Balikbayan and entering the country with a Filipino family are excluded)

 + e Travel (register within 72hours before departure) : https://etravel.gov.ph/
 + Fully vaccinatied certificate(Applicable from 12 years old): 

    - 14 days after fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (EUA, CSP) or WHO approved (EUL) lapse
    - VaxCertPH (Philippine Electronic Vaccination Certificate), Vaccination Certificate issued by a foreign government or local government, WHO ICV

      (International Certificate of Vaccination)

    - In case of non-vaccinated, partial inoculation, or proof of vacciatation history is not available

      : From 15 years old, negative rapid antigen test within 24 hours of departure is necessary(if not submitted before departure, it is possible after arrival of Philippines)

      : Children under 15 years old are subject to the vaccination history of accompanying guardians(For unacoompanied minor, it is necessary to submit rapid antigen test 

        within 24 hours of departure. If not, it is possible after arrival of Philippines) 

       ※  Only written(paper) certificates including QR codes are accepted. Digital certificates are not allowed
