1. Parental consent in English.

a notary lawyer or at a notary office.
3. Take the document to the Department of the Diplomatic and Trade and get the confirmation of the Apostille Agreement.
※ By 14 May 2019, Apostille will affix to documents for use abroad as proof of Authentication in Apostille-contracting parties.
